BalticLeads is a B2B email outreach Software-as-a-Service platform. We aggregate publicly available business registration data from official EU government registries in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, expose it through search and filter tools, and enable registered business users to send compliant B2B outreach campaigns using their own SMTP credentials or OAuth-connected mailbox.
The Service is intended exclusively for registered businesses (companies and sole proprietors) for B2B communication. It is not directed at consumers.
All Recipient business data is sourced from the following official public registries under their respective open-data licences:
Industry codes follow EU NACE Rev.2 (in Estonia extended as EMTAK 2008/2025). Where contact email is not published in the registry, we may derive a probable corporate address via DNS MX lookup - details in our Privacy Policy Section 4.2.
FANARI OÜ is responsible for the Platform itself (code, design, documentation, and infrastructure). Email content is composed and sent by individual Users using their own credentials - FANARI OÜ acts as a technical Data Processor under our Terms of Service Section 8 (DPA). Users bear primary responsibility for the lawfulness and content of campaigns they launch.

Once opted out, your address is blocked across the entire Platform - no User can send to it again. Your data subject rights are described in full in our Privacy Policy Section 10.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Although our Service is B2B and consumer ODR rules do not strictly apply, we welcome amicable resolution of any dispute - please contact us first.
