⚠ Aliases do NOT give you more daily capacity
Adding marketing@yourdomain.com as an alias of hello@yourdomain.com does NOT double your sending pool. Gmail tracks reputation per physical mailbox — both addresses share the same daily quota and reputation. Send 450 from hello@ + 450 from marketing@ alias = Gmail sees 900 from one mailbox = account frozen 24-72h.
The only way to add daily capacity: real additional Workspace seats (~€6/mo each, each gets its own login + own quota) OR a second sending domain in its own Workspace. Plus-addressing (hello+x@) is also one mailbox — doesn't count as separate.

Connect multiple mailboxes (real, not aliases)
One Gmail mailbox caps out around 450/day for cold outreach. Three Workspace mailboxes (real seats — not aliases of one) legitimately hit 1,350/day. Add a mailbox →
Warm up gradually
New mailboxes start at 10-20/day and ramp over 2-4 weeks. BalticLeads enforces this curve automatically - you can't accidentally cook a fresh inbox.
Quality > Quantity
Keep your spam-complaint rate below 0.1% and bounces below 5%. Above those, Gmail Postmaster will throttle your domain.
Always include unsubscribe
Required by Gmail's bulk-sender policy (Feb 2024). Every BalticLeads send already has a one-click List-Unsubscribe header and a footer link.
Personalize content
Use {company_name}, mention something specific, vary subject lines. Identical templates blasted to 500 inboxes is the textbook spam pattern.
Set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC
Without these DNS records, you're invisible to spam filters in the worst way: marked suspicious. Run a domain check in Settings.
